Python Developer (PySpark) Greece

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop modules and Python scripts to extract datа from various sources (DB, API calls, files etc.) and ingest them into cloud storage
• Design or use CI/CD pipelines to automate the delivery process
• Develop Spark applications as a part of project delivery (dedicated Spark courses will be provided for the role)
• Containerization of Python/PySpark applications with Kubernetes
• Team leadership – task refinements, task distribution, code reviews
• Implement best practices for solution design and development

Requirements:
 

• Strong experience in Python and PySpark development.
• Experience with application containerization platforms
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence will be considered an advantage.
• Strong ability to implement software development best practices.
• Excellent skills in code reviews and improvements.
• Ability to analyze and refine user requirements.
• Proactive and flexible.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
