HR Generalist (Greece)

HR Generalist

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

Drive the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Utilize multiple sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Welcome new hires on their first day, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Ensure employees acknowledge and understand company policies
Provide administrative assistance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data submission.
Maintain and manage accurate HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and policy updates.
