HR Generalist (Greece)

HR Generalist


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Welcome new hires on their first day, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

  • Ensure employees acknowledge and understand company policies

  • Provide administrative assistance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data submission.

  • Maintain and manage accurate HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and policy updates.
