IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
 

• Translating business requirements to understandable user stories, functional and technical requirements for the IT solution, defining requirements and acceptance criteria

• Supporting requirements validation, preparing information for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed decisions

• Responsible for preparing the functional documentation and mapping specification for the dedicated team

• Prioritizing the backlog with measurable KPI`s to ensure that the respective team has adequate number of prepared stories or tasks;

• Coordination and communication with external vendors of IT solutions аnd within Adastra entities

Requirements:
 

• 4 + years BA experience in a fast paced technology company

• Experience in alignment with business stakeholders

• Experience in implementing HR systems would be advantage

• Client-focused person with excellent communication skills and influencing skills

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, etc.

• Advanced SQL skills and experience querying data warehouses would be a significant plus

• Eager to learn and advance in data management field

• Fluency in English
