HR Generalist (temporary 2-year contract)

Responsibilities:

Lead automation and digitalization projects within the HR function
Manage HR analytics including metrics, KPIs, reporting, and analyses
Implement and maintain HR-related systems across the organization
Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Contribute to employee experience enhancement projects
Engage in talent acquisition programs and events
Support Adastra Academy initiatives
Continuously optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
Demonstrated interest in various HR functions
Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Strong affinity for working with numbers and data
Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency in English
Knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP, is a strong advantage
