Responsibilites

Assist in preparing and updating customized employee profiles to align with internal standards and best practices.

Handle administration and people matters, including time management, system usage, process adherence, document management, and legal issues.

Contribute to onboarding, office management, liaison activities, and internal communications.

Support training management by setting goals, assigning courses, monitoring progress, and facilitating the completion of training and certifications.

Aid talent development through career path planning, competency leadership, goal setting, and fostering seniority growth.

Oversee performance management, including continuous evaluation, stakeholder calibrations, and participation in compensation discussions.

Manage retention efforts by conducting exit interviews, handling difficult conversations, and developing retention strategies.

Act as the central liaison for stakeholders, including Expertise Management, Delivery Management, Finance, and HR.

Participate in the Employee Experience Squad.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner role.

Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and employment administration.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects alongside and meet deadlines.

Knowledge in HRIS and other HR-related software systems.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
-
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
