Experienced HR Administration & Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:
 

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees  

  • Preparation of all official employment documents - contracts, additional agreements, etc. for EMEA region employees (specifically Bulgaria and Greece) 

  • Preparation of all official HR-related company documentation – internal rules, procedures, policies, etc. 

  • Form 76 month-end closing, and communication with our external service provider 

  • Absence tracking and reporting management 

  • Design and advice on working time schemes 

  • Ownership of Health & Safety compliance and communication with our OCM 

  • Act as legal and GDPR compliance liaison 

  • Provide up-to-date expert advice to internal stakeholders on all labor-related legal issues 

  • Manage compensation and benefits (Comp & Ben), ensuring timely preparation of all necessary annexes for employees 

  • Proactively initiate and lead changes in internal rules, procedures, practices 

  • HRM system administration and support 

  • Submission of all necessary declarations to the NRA 


Requirements:
 

  • University education in business administration, economics, etc. 

  • At least 5 years' experience in HR administration and compliance, preferably in the IT company 

  • Solid practical knowledge of the labor law, health and safety, workforce administration, GDPR, and other HR-related compliance 

  • Ability to work with labor legislation, subcontractors, external service providers 

  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay updated on legal changes and requirements 

  • An eye out for detail, and keenness on working with numbers 

  • Very good command of English 

  • Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with HR systems 

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) is a plus 

  • Experience with internal and external audits is highly valued 

  • Experience working with NRA is a plus
