Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of performance management practices
  • Hands-on experience in compensation planning and execution
  • Familiarity with benefits and rewards programs
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach across functions

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management teams to support and monitor the performance management process, ensuring accurate and timely data tracking in HR systems
  • Contribute to the design, review, and continuous improvement of compensation policies, ensuring alignment with business goals and market practices
  • Manage communication and collaboration with existing external benefits partners; identify, assess, and recommend new providers as needed
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across departments
  • Establish and manage partnerships with external vendors, including salary survey providers, payroll services, and other compensation-related resources
  • Conduct market research and participate in compensation and benefits surveys to stay informed on trends in the IT sector in Bulgaria, Greece, and globally
  • Administer and optimize performance-related modules within the internal HR information system
