BI Developer (Qlik Sense/View/Cloud)

As a BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using various Qlik tools, including Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Qlik Cloud. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights through interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Qlik Cloud applications and dashboards.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimize and enhance existing Qlik applications for improved performance and user experience.

• Develop data models and implement data integration solutions to support Qlik applications.

• Conduct data analysis and create visualizations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Qlik applications and data.

• Stay current with updates, best practices, and industry trends in Qlik technologies.

• Engage in all phases of BI projects, from conception to implementation.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.

• Develop ad-hoc report queries to extract insights from data.

• Adhere to the company’s standard development processes.

• Advise clients on specific BI solutions according to their environment.

• Qlik Administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a BI Developer, with a strong focus on Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Qlik Cloud.

• Experience with SQL and database management systems.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Fluency in English and German with excellent communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
