About the Role:
Design, implement, and optimize production-ready Generative AI systems with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced AI agents. You’ll combine research-level expertise with strong engineering skills to deliver state-of-the-art GenAI applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, fine-tune, and optimize transformer-based models for targeted business applications using Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Architect and build RAG pipelines, integrating LLMs with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) and scalable data retrieval systems.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and GenAI-powered agents using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar), ensuring high performance and reliability in production.
• Design and implement workflows for prompt engineering, dynamic prompt injection, and chaining of GenAI components (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Integrate solutions with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock), leveraging cloud-native capabilities for scalability and security.
• Monitor and evaluate deployed GenAI systems: establish metrics for accuracy, relevance, latency, and robustness; continuously iterate based on user feedback and logs.
• Ensure responsible AI practices: monitor for bias, data leakage, and ethical compliance in deployed solutions.

Essential Skills:

• Expert Python programming and deep experience with deep learning and NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning large transformer models for real-world use cases.
• In-depth experience with vector search, RAG architectures, embeddings (OpenAI, Sentence Transformers), and integrating with vector DBs.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and deployment best practices, including model hosting, scaling, and monitoring.
• Proficient in API development and integration (REST, gRPC) for GenAI-powered applications.

Preferred:

• Experience with multimodal GenAI (text-to-image, speech-to-text) and creative AI applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps for GenAI: CI/CD, prompt versioning, model monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and security for GenAI solutions.
