Performance Management Coordinator

The Performance Management Coordinator will support and work intensively with our international/Canadian counterparts. 

 

Responsibilities:
 

Learning and Development

  • Prepare and release communications related to training

  • Generate, distribute and analyze training evaluation forms following the completion of trainings

  • Maintain certification channels on MS Teams

  • Ensure partner certifications are associated with Adastra 

  • Track certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Maintain the resources provided to employees for certifications

  • Manage the LearningCA inbox

  • Research potential training grants and training resources

  • Support Skillsoft’s eLearning platform, Percipio

 

Performance Management

  • Track annual performance reviews (PPRs) for employees

  • Prepare PPR documents 

  • Update PPR training material

  • Manage the PPR inbox

 

Compensation

  • Prepare compensation letters for full time employees

 

Employee engagement

  • Arrange birthday and milestone gifts for full time employees

 

Other:

  • Support company growth and projects related to learning and development, performance management and compensation

  • Conduct HR research and support other HR initiatives as needed

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar office support capability

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Flexible and willing to take initiative; able to handle multiple, shifting priorities

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with an aptitude to learn other tools and applications quickly

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating diplomacy and sound judgement

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

  • Strong ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities and resolve conflicts

  • Bachelor or college degree preferred
