Responsibilities:
 

• Development of a learning strategy in collaboration with Expertise Centers of Excellence (CoEs)

• Introduction and enhancement of learning management processes and best practices, adapted to the needs and specifics of the organization

• Support of Expertise CoEs and internal training structures on technical training content management, and delivery excellence

• Internal consultancy on learning tools, systems, platforms and gamification, accelerating training efficiency

• Liaison and collaboration with Expertise CoEs, on learning, upskilling, knowledge sharing initiatives

• Leadership or participation in learning management projects, in house and across borders

• Support of internal development of AI tools

• Upskilling information maintenance and reporting

• Feedback, evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement of training practices

Requirements:
 

• Relevant education, upskilling and certifications, where applicable

• A number of years of experience in a forward-thinking technical training function, with project leadership responsibilities

• Technical background is a must, for efficient liaison with technical trainers

• Knowledgeable in the latest trends and best practices in training planning, delivery and evaluation, programs content management, learning platforms

• Project management skills and approach to tasks

• Genuine interest in the training area, and drive to work in a highly dynamic environment

• Internal and external stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in English

• Flexibility and adaptability in tackling new situations and challenges

• Effective time management in task prioritization, adequate time allocation, and multitasking

• Proactive, resourceful, result-oriented and self-driven
